Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided on "Otherworld Collection" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") by Wuah Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
All users of the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Rules, guidelines, and other regulations posted on the Site by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") shall also constitute part of these Terms.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Individual Provisions, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions.
Article 2 (User Registration)
Users may register as members using the method specified by the Company to access certain features of the Service.
The Company may reject or revoke a registration if the applicant falls under any of the following:
・Submitting false information.
・Having previously violated or being suspected of violating these Terms.
・Any other reason deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 3 (Account Management)
Users must manage their passwords and login information with due care and shall not allow third parties to use their accounts.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage incurred by Users due to poor password management, operational errors, or unauthorized use by third parties.
Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
・Violating laws or public order and morals.
・Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
・Infringing on the property, reputation, privacy, or other rights or interests of the Company or third parties.
・Reproducing, using, republishing, distributing, reselling, modifying, or analyzing the content provided by the Company (including games, text, images, videos, etc.) without permission.
・Destroying or interfering with the Company's servers or network functions.
・Engaging in actions that may disrupt the operation of the Service.
・Any other action deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 5 (Email Newsletters and Discord Invitations)
If Users choose, the Company may invite them to an email newsletter or a Discord community.
The newsletter and Discord community may provide information about the Company's Japanese horror escape games and related campaigns.
Users may unsubscribe from the newsletter or leave the Discord community through methods specified by the Company.
Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the Service in accordance with the Company's separately defined "Privacy Policy."
By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to the Company's Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All content on the Site (including games, text, images, videos, designs, logos, trademarks, etc.) is owned by the Company or licensed rights holders.
Users may not use, reproduce, republish, modify, or distribute such content without prior permission from the Company or the rights holders.
Article 8 (Service Modification, Suspension, and Termination)
The Company may modify, add, or temporarily suspend the Site or the Service without prior notice to Users.
The Company may also decide to permanently discontinue the Site or the Service, in which case reasonable prior notice will be given.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users due to these actions.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or safety of the content provided through the Service.
The Company shall not be responsible for any damages incurred by Users from using the Service, including psychological stress, computer malfunctions, or data loss.
However, this does not apply in cases where the Company has acted with intent or gross negligence.
Article 10 (Changes to These Terms)
The Company may change these Terms at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary.
Changes to these Terms will take effect when posted on the Site, and Users who continue using the Service will be deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the Yokohama District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
Article 12 (Severability)
Even if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
